Highlights of work experience
Co-founded the Sea Galley Restaurant chain which grew to fifty outlets and had a successful public offering in the early 1980's.
Subsequently, Steve has stayed busy and invested and/or consulted in many food and food-related projects. These range from drive-thru hamburger stands to full-service casinos. He has worked with various meat, fish and poultry companies on value-added products, and his projects have ranged geographically from Sai Pan in the South Pacific to Vancouver BC.
